Monochrome 12 derives from overlays of semi-transparent shapes, interpreted with a spectrum of pinks and documentation of surface. The idea of this series is the shift of forms to share the role of the main figure. This shift not only emphasizes the relationship between the various shapes, but also allows each individual color to speak for itself, creating a dialogue within the composition. The insertion of a physical record - the photographic image of surface - documents a geographical place and time of the artist.
