Shift 2 comes from iteration of a singular shape, the power of repetition of one, shifted in an singular dimension. Colour is also explored in terms of figure ground perceptionshifts - yet another layer of complexity. A snapshot of time and location is embedded with photographic documentation of place. In Shift 2 I play with colour and tone at edges of shapes, this give a perception of layering depth.
A statement in any room, each museum-quality poster is printed with multicolor, water-based inkjet printing technique that yields brilliant colour.
