Juxtapose 3 derives from overlays of geometric shapes, interpreted with bold and flat, saturated colours of turquoise, cadmium yellow, grays and black . The idea of this series is the shift of forms to share the role of the main figure. This shift not only emphasizes the relationship between the various shapes, but also allows each individual color to speak for itself, creating a dialogue within the composition. Location is important to the work as a connection to the artist.
